Zaide Carrillo, M.A. is a Pod Manager and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Blossom Center for Children, where she plays a key role in supporting both clients and her team through evidence-based ABA practices. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Zaide earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). Shortly after graduating, she began working at Blossom, where her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis was sparked. Inspired by the meaningful progress she saw in the children she worked with, she pursued and earned her Master’s degree in ABA from Ball State University. Zaide is a family-oriented individual who loves spending quality time with her loved ones and enjoys discovering new restaurants around town. She is deeply inspired by the resilience of the children she serves and is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment for every child and family she works with.
Fun Fact: Zaide loves to shop and has a great eye for finding unique pieces, whether it’s fashion or home décor. She enjoys stepping outside her comfort zone by trying and learning new things—especially if they’re challenging and help her grow. One of her biggest travel dreams is to explore all over Italy, taking in the history, culture, and of course, the incredible food. Whether she’s spending time with her family, discovering a new local restaurant, or diving into a new hobby, Zaide brings curiosity and excitement to everything she does.
