Brief info
I’m Gianna Jove, a BCBA and the Clinical Manager at our Houston location. I’ve been in the field since 2014 and can truly say I love what I do. One of the best parts of my role is getting to connect with so many people—our families, the kids, our amazing therapists, and fellow BCBAs. My favorite thing is seeing therapists grow in confidence and realize the impact they have just by showing up, playing, and connecting with their kids. I have a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Spanish from Georgia State University, and I earned my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State. What keeps me inspired is knowing that even the smallest progress is worth celebrating.
Fun Fact: I'm Puerto Rican and Spanish was my first language, so music, family, and the beach have always felt like home to me—especially when there's salsa or reggaeton playing. These days, I’ve been diving into indoor gardening—my favorite plant is the Monstera—and recently picked up crocheting as a creative outlet. I live with my husband and our very spoiled dog, Milo, who definitely thinks he’s in charge. Whether I’m exploring a new hobby or soaking up the sun near the ocean, I’m happiest when I’m surrounded by things that make life feel warm and full.
